They need six mobile push notifications that anticipate and match the user’s mood when viewed. Push notifications help drive engagement, and each one leads to a certain screen in the app.

• People problem: Users missing out on important account updates and are unaware of features to simplify their financial routine.
• Notifications should have a maximum of 30 characters for the title and 40 characters for the body copy.

Pricing Page

Clixflow is a WYSIWYG website-building product. They're developing a new tiered pricing plan in order to meet their ARR (annual recurring revenue) goal of $50 million by increasing their paying user base to 1 million.

• People problem: Users need to understand what differentiates each plan so they can select one that meets their needs.
• The new pricing page will have three tiers: a free plan, and two paid plans with different features and benefits. This page should be designed for desktop. Each plan should be named, too.

Toast, Pop-up, or New Screen?

Lingual is a leading mobile app for language learning. Similar apps are Duolingo, Babbel, and Mondly. Several scenarios within the app require microcopy to be written for a toast/snackbar, standard pop-up, or as part of the flow of screens (whichever is most appropriate). All copy should be written according to the guidelines in Lingual’s content style guide.
