The course was divided into four phases:

1. Bootcamp: Covered the foundations of UX writing and product design (like style guides, user journeys, microcopy, UI hierarchy, and content strategy) with exercises to apply skills in context.
2. UX Research: Learned writing-focused methodologies, conducted research, and compiled a report with findings.
3. Content-First Product Design: Designed and wrote conversational interfaces for a fictional e-commerce product (Munchies) using Miro, Airtable, and Figma.
4. Industry Project: Worked in a group to redesign the primary user journeys within the app for HiGrade, an Israeli ag-tech startup.
